Electro Permanent Magnet Lift
It’s a safe, efficient and energy-saving way to lift metal material.
Widely used in:
(1) Lifting single steel plate at steel plant or dock;
(2) Auto cutting machine production line;
(3) Steel plate pretreatment line
(4) Lifting steel at shipyards, steel plants, heavy machinery factories.
(5) Achieving more than one joint hanging by beam
Major characteristics:
Low power lifting and full power lifting
Pick up cycle is executed first with 75% of the total possible magnetization strength, only once the load is lifted from the ground
The second MAG cycle is executed allowing 100% of the total magnetization power (FULL MAG), this provides a definite minimum safety margin to the load that can be handed in complete safety.
Safety button;
The user is obligated to press 2 button at the same time (LOCK and DEMAG)) to release the load , this reduces the chance of accidental load release
MAGNETIC modules manufacture
ALL the magnetic modules are made from a solid piece of sheet; this creates a greater protection against accidental impacts with higher reliability.
